Ubisoft sent out a new trailer today for Assassin’s Creed III. While it was well done and suitably builds hype for the already awesome looking game, some eagle eyed trailer watchers discovered a difference in the same trailer released for the UK. It appears the UK trailer is 30 seconds longer and shows Connor killing American soldiers within that time frame. No official explanation was given, but it definitely seems Ubisoft doesn’t want to offend…. someone. Look any sane and rational person knows full well there are assholes on both sides in every war and evil knows no borders. Of course this is the internet and sane and rational people are always in alarming short supply so maybe it was a good idea? nah. Here is the full UK trailer with proper human slaughter in every coat colour.
Hopefully, this won’t apply to the final version. Otherwise, I’ll pass.

I only want to buy the best of the best. I want my category to be one worth being taken seriously. Games like RE 6 and several other of the so-called “mixed bags” just won’t do it. It’s like having a stain of excrement in a hall of platinum trophies. =/
Isn’t that subjective to an extent? I know what you mean, but there could be exceptions.
