War may never change, but the IP rights of the Fallout series does. In a press release today Bethesda has announced they’ve reached a settlement with Interplay over the five year licensing dispute over Interplay’s prologed production of a Fallout MMO. With the settlement reached, all rights pertaining to the Fallout franchise revert back to Bethesda. Interplay
